2003 RM125 Build FINISHED
« on: April 22, 2013, 03:19:24 AM »
Just finished my 2003 RM 125 build TODAY! Just wanted to show off some pics to people who appreciate them. Don't let the pics deceive you, this bike was completely disassembled and built the way it is. The only parts that I didn't touch were the frame and shift lever.

Engine:
-Completely disassembled and cases were glass bead blasted.
     -Installed ALL new bearings
     -Hot Rods factory spec. crankshaft
     -Vertex piston
-Cylinder and head sent to Millennium and returned to stock specs
     -Ported and polished
     -Polished carb body w/ rejet
     -Vforce3 reed cage
-FMF Factory Fatty w/ shorty silencer

Chassis:
     -Pivot Works bearings in EVERYTHING
-Race Tech springs and Gold Valves
     -Pivot Works seals and bushings
     -Powder coated rims and hubs
-Driven 270mm front rotor and rear rotor
     -Braided steel lines

I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting. If you have a question post it!

Looks awesome! I used to have a 2001 only thing I would've done different is put a Bill's pipe on it.

I wanted to go with Bill's but getting one that isn't used is pretty much impossible.
