We talked our local promoter into letting us run a 125 2-stroke class. We had five riders, all on late model YZ125s. SO MUCH FUN!! Anyway, here's the pics. I got my butt kicked, 4-4 for fourth overall.

UPDATE. I'm back from learning how to shoot people from far away. 
Sold the CRF250R engine to some Fooper lover. Anyone want to buy a 40mm Keihin FCR?
Excuse the mess, things get crazy when I'm taking out an engine.
The project is starting to pick up, and although it won't ever finish as quick as I'd like, I am determined to do it right. An aluminum sleeve is on its way from Advanced Sleeve, and I have contacted Larry Wiechman about getting my head modified for his compression release. Compression Release Modification
I'll post a new "update" thread, once I roll my other project off of my workbench and onto completion.

Gentlemen,
I've got everything in for this bike to be done, save for a pipe, front fender, carb, and rebuilt forks. Here's how she's looking so far, as I started to bolt her together this weekend.
Engine in the frame
Triple clamps in with new tapered bearings, CDI on. Note how I have split this project's time roughly Dutch-style with the CR500 I'm building. Note the jig in the CRF.
As it sits now. New filter in a freshly-cleaned airbox (It looked like some Afghan took a dump in there), and new airboot. New fuel pet**** and fuel cap. New Renthal Vintage Hi bars with a replica JT number plate. I mounted the coil and such, but do have to take the tank off again for the throttle cable and to wire up the kill switch.
I'll keep them coming in short order now that I have some time to. Unfortunately, this one might just get sold off to fund the 500...
