I don't know that I'm all that good at it but what makes it relatively painless for me is the fact that a few years ago I built a stand that supports the wheel on the bearings which allows me to spin it around and work at it from a standing position.As for changing yours,no problem.You just need to bring them over with the rims attached to the bike as I like to test ride anything I change for a month or so-just to make sure they're properly seated and not going to move on the rim of course
