So there is no risk of getting sued. Cheap insurance.

It's also gotten way worse as time goes on.I was watching a renovation show the other day and the contractor drove up in an F250 but it was blurred out as he got out of the truck. The show must have been sponsored by GM or something though there was no indication of it.Pretty gay if you ask me and shouldn't be allowed.
Besides, for me,if I see something blurred out it just makes me more curios to figure out what it said-though if it hadn't been,I probably wouldn't have paid attention in the first place.
Oh yeah, and what riffraff said would likely be the biggest reason.

A couple of SX's ago there was a lot of sh!t on vital about it as they had the red bull logo on pastrana's hat blurred and weren't going to let him bring his car out in the pre race show with the red bull logo's as the series is sponsored by monster.
Soon, except for Payton's Kawi's,all the logos on the other bikes on the line will probably be blurred out....now if only they could blur out that farting sound.... :)

I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Maybe not sued but......A number of years in the 500GP's a rider ,who's name escapes me, crashed by the infield at the far end of the track. As he was sitting there in his Pepsi leathers, someone passed him something to drink-a Coke as it turned out.One of the photogs snapped a pic and though he wasn't sued,he was fired.I never like pepsi anyway :)
