The problems with this site as I see it
« on: December 17, 2009, 04:04:51 PM »
#1  Part three of the long term Maico test appears to be missing

#2  It appears someone stole the "Two stroke motocross.com"  arched front fender stickers from the store

C'mon man,patience isn't my thing ;)
I'd rather a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Rabble Rabble Rabble!

Is this Maico a 440 or only a 400?  Well in all the confusion, I forgot myself.
But considering this is a 1978 Magnum, the best-handling bike in the world, you have to ask yourself one question.
Do you feel lucky, punk?

Part 3 is coming very soon. I want to include video. I really want to include helmet cam video as well. That depends on if my wife loves me as much as she says ;)

Found it I think.I find all his videos are well done, and most don't have a gay sound track to ruin it-just the sound of the bike. Here you go.....

ford832 - I love your avatar and catch phrase, I haven't laughed that hard in a while!!

I had stickers made up, they are about 4 inches or so wide and made to fit cross way on the fenders. Not quite the arched front fender stickers, but......

I've got to take a photo of them on a bike, plus take a photo of the t-shirts which are now in stock.

It seems that you have run up against our filter when attempting to use a word that is one that I'd rather folks didn't use.... I wanted to keep the rabble rousing down to a minimum and thought I would have some fun in the process. It also makes it easier for the mods not to have to edit out stuff or send e-mails....

I'm eagerly awaiting to read part three myself!!
Life is short.

Smile while you still have teeth!

I just bought a helmet camera myself, a ContourHD.  I got the original one, not the new 1080p version, but it looks really nice.  You guys can expect a lot of ride footage once the weather gets good (usually around April-May is when riding starts.)

Here's a pop quiz on censorship.  Yay!

There was a popular YouTube user who created a website.  He had a live chat feature where people could discuss this and that.  Any use of certain words would result in the offending word being replaced with a link.  One of these words was "PCS."  What does that stand for?  If anyone gets this, I'll be impressed!

Hey John.Yeah, Mr. T is sort of timeless isn't he-lol.The stickers don't need to be arched.Post up a pic, they may make a good fork sticker too. When they're done, let me know and payment method and I'll get a pawfull for the YZ.That should make me all set for the scrambles season :)As for the filters,no big deal.I guess I'm from the age where the G word wasn't really politically incorrect.Interestingly,I find some sites that are filtered like that I have to Americanize Canadian/English spelling.Words like c o l o u r usually filter as gibberish for some reason.Maybe it's an American curse or something ;D

Sorry, you can try again.  I'll give you a hint, PCS was a nickname given to this user by... uh... someone who notoriously disagreed with his opinions, let's say.

Finally had some time to get some photos taken.....

Here are photos of the stickers that I had made up and t-shirts for that are interested...

In order to see how big the stickers are I've included a couple of photos on a bike....

The ubiquitous black t-shirt...

Nice.  I'll have to get some of these when the riding season comes back.  I'd get the shirt now, but I only have $19 in my account, and I've got an endless supply of shirts already.
