Gorr might use Milenium technologies, there in Plymouth Wi. close to Road America road racing track. One thing they do differently is they ask ya, what piston you use. Because they spec the cylinder to that piston, for tight clearances, there plating process and materials are totally different than us chrome. In 09 when I used us chrome, something was going on there like a new guy or a experimental process, the cylinder was even shaped right, it had thicker plating in diff areas. They must have fixed what was going on, other wize they would be out of buisness.

Ok, US Chrome NOW literally makes you put the piston in the box, so yes, they spec the cylinder to wall clearance.  Cars are no different.  Certain pistons, depending on whether they are cast or forged, have difference clearances.  I'm using aq 54mm wiseco pro-lite.

However, I asked the guy at US Chrome today about Eric.  Said he has not talked to him in 3 years.  So, he may use milenium after all.

Ok, here is the head, going in the box for Eric Gorr.  I know for a fact he uses millenium now.  I saw some millenium boxes in his website.  Charles, I found those motor mounts, and one of them is cracked.

Here is the frame, completely blasted, raw metal.  It's getting cleared now.  Picking it up on Friday.

and here is a shirt I found that I had made to wear when I am in the Philippines and everyone is trying to get some of that white man's money.  I rip this shirt daily there.

Ok that,s good, Mil. tech. has a chick with a hot voice, she works the tech. phone line if I remember right. Nothing is hotter than a sexy chick talking about opening up ports  ;D and stuff. Hey you ever use the wiseco gp piston, it has a thicker dome, center balanced,no holes in the piston it,s the high performance model, holds up very well. They cost more tho, 54mm is 129.99 , 56mm 152.99. I,ve been on the phone all day, because 1 of my incissions from surgery is infected, the 1 over the funny bone.

I'll call Eric and ask him if he'll use the GP one.  I'll see what he says.

I'm interested to see  what he'll do to the ports.  Told him I wanted it to stay 125, but rip.  And it's an MX bike, so all this talk about "good low end yada yada" is out the window, because if you are under 8,000rpms on a 125, you're doing something wrong, or you're in the pits.  Take your pick.

Will he fix the power valve?  It's quite easy to get usable power from 7000

I told him exactly what I wanted, and I believe he will deliver.  I wasn't aware that they needed fixing though.  By Sunday I hope to have the bottom end built, frame back from powdercoat, swing arm cleaned up and put back into the frame, shock re-assembled, subframe on it.  Maybe even forks rebuilt, I don't know.  Charles is going to help me out with that.

The PV action is very poor KTM should have never made it that way.
