Whats the benefit of switching to a flat top piston? And if i did put a flat top piston in my bike next time i do a rebuild are there any head mods or anything else that needs changed? Thanks

Depending on the weight of the rider id say 37 would do it or be damn close, my 2000 yz 125 with a full pro circuit system, v force 3s, a 13 tooth front and 51 rear will do between 85-87, and i weigh 140 in gear

Sorry but im not too too familiar with DI but i was wondering if a 2 stroke was equipped with DI can you keep the "hit" in the torque curve or does it have to be smooth like a 4 stroke?

Sales have been horrible, maybe why they are looking at 2 strokes? I always wondered why the LT500R failed, That had to be a freakin monster. LOL. I want a Banshee motor to put in a street bike.

YZ/IT490, WR500, CR500, KX500, and whats missing?
TRX250R = Win
Banshee = Win
KXT 250R = Fail-ish
LT250R = Fail
LT500R = Fail
The Banshee motor came from a street bike.

I ride a 125 and even people i know who swear a 4 stroke is the better bike ride mine and come back with a huge smile saying how fun it was, thats why i ride a 125 (which has made me a much better rider compared to my previous 4 stroke) its a blast
