There's a lot of bullshit on that engine that I don't want on a bike. Why do I need a massively variable compression ratio? I don't plan on running my bike on liquefied farts. But, a lot of what's on that thing would be useful for bikes, like that trapping valve thing. Hopefully it'd be reliable enough to take the hard work that motocross puts on an engine without pulling a four-stroke and leaving the rider stranded with a big bill. Further, I wonder if the motor would be able to run without it, in case it were to fail? Sort of a limp-back-home mode?
