The forks already have brake calipers.. The newer KS125's have disc brakes on the front.

I'd say it would be easier and safer to try and find spoked wheels to fit. Drilling 36 holes into a hub not designed for it might be a recipe for disaster.
Yeah i kinda figured it might become a death trap, but still.. And i would only need a hub that fits. I think... But im gonna try and get a hold of one of those rims and see how much material there is to work with. Priority number one is to find a damn bike to work with though. The front disc brake hub spoked thingie is dead last. I'll just use the solid wheel if i have to untill i find something with spokes that works.

I think ima have to try and find one of these.. The older ones are expensive and it feels wrong to buy an old motorcycle in mint condition just to cut it up and ruin that original paint job and stuff..

It would be pretty easy to make an older looking bike out of this thing.

So what do you guys think of machining a wheel HUB out of one of those solid wheels that's in the picture above? I'd like to have spoked wheels with a disc brake on the front like on the newer KS125's.

Here's another view of the front wheel.

Ok i've decided to use this as a base: (If i can find one!  :P )

Then make it look like this:

But with all red tank and side covers with the exception for the "ZUNDAPP" and the "KS125 SPORT" logos and a fat expansion chamber.
I will swap the fork with one from the later ks125 models with disc brake on the front. (Cus i want that...) Then i will look into if it would be possible to machine a hub out of one of those solid alu wheels that the newer models sport. (DISC BRAKE) Gonna snatch the hydraulic clutch and front brake master cylinders from a bike which ive seem to have forgotten the name of.. Then steal the slave cylinder from whatever hydraulic clutch kit i can find for a cheap buck. Then it's just a ****load of small things left, that no one will probably even notice. Like relocating the horn to underneath the tank. *Sigh* Lots of things to do... First thing is to find a suitable bike that's not too far away and is for sale.  :D I will create a build thread as soon as i get a hold of that damn KS125.

It would have looked great on the race bikes, for a moto or two. :) Then they would get chipped and look real bad.
Use cheap paint.

Powder coating the swingarm and subframe would have looked good.. on a show bike :)
It would have looked good on a race bike also.

Marshall's proof from www.ridepg.com

These would look nice... On a show bike. :)

What are those even good for?

Oh! And imo you guys should have painted the sub frame and swingarm black.
