hello i am new on this forum i live in belgium and on the 17 august 2011 i bought a tm 125 for a verry low budget!the goal is to built a very nice race ready 2 smoker for a low budget. I choose for the tm beaucuse i always like these bikes and because i want something diffrent and original

the bike that i bought was in verry bad shape!the guy who owned it didnt used sealings in the engine only kit the bearings where complete ruined,suspension whas leaking,wheels doesn't spin right,engine doesnt run smooth the only 2 things that looks good was  the plastics on the bike and the cilnder that only a few houres ago has been replated.sorry for my bad englisch!

the stripping down of the bike can begin!the frame needs a powder blast and some new powdercoating!

this is how the frame was after it had i new powdercoating i also decide to give it a black color and put a new head bearing in the frame

the wheels are also repainted and put new spokes in it.

after this whas done i begin to strip down the engine and get my first order from my local dealer mx-limburg.i decide to give the engine a full rebuild and give it some decent engine seels.all bearing will be replaced,new piston,crankshaft,new clutch basket and plates,second and third gear,gear forks,new carbon reed valves.also i replaced al the bearings in the link system and give the carb a rebuild.

the engine after the full rebuild!also every bolt has been replaced!A big thanks for tim swinnen a local mechanic who helped me out with the tricky parts
