2smoker - while you may be correct, there is no mention of it anywhere on that site. The page you linked to contains updates from 2008 only.

Do you have any other proof about the bike? I know I did someone mention that this guy did it on Vital, but as usual no one ever gives back up information.

Judging by the gas tank that seems to be a stock Yamaha style molding i would say it is not a one off.Of course i could be wrong but it isn't of the 4 joker and doesn't appear to be a custom or aftermarket molded tank.Rear fender also looks to have a warning label on it.Of course on a custom set up they could have purchased a brand new take off from someone.
