HONDA just killed the 250 GP class in one foul swoop, with that class now being a 600 class and everyone riding Honda's. And that starts this year. What a surprise. Honda are the biggest instigators of the two stroke demise and NEED to be stopped. SAVE THE TWO STROKE !!!!!!

Yes they killed the 250GP class, but they still have the 125GP class. I live the US so I have the USGPRU to look forward to. Here is there website: http://www.usgpru.net/.
Classes will be for the following categories:
    ? 125GP: Up to 125cc single cylinder 2-stroke
Up to 250cc single cylinder 4-stroke
    ? 250GP: 250cc twin cylinder 2-stroke
    ? MD250H: Moriwaki MD250H Powered by HONDA
    ? Moto3: Up to 450cc single cylinder 4-stroke
Up to 125cc single cylinder 2-stroke

See Moto3 will have 450's racing with 125's,and the following weights will be:
? 125GP: motorcycle + rider = 300 lbs
? 250GP: 2 cylinders motorcycle 225lbs
? Moto3: 2-stroke: no minimum weight
         4-stroke up to 250cc: rider + bike = 300lbs
         4-stroke over 250cc: bike = 260lbs
