I know they're 4 strokes but they're still honda.

my dads and my 450 have been awesome, my 250f went through 2 cranks over 2 years (reason for getting 2stroke), and the 150s only had a bad cam and honda took care of that... so overall thats not to bad.

We live in Camas, WA.  But didn't go to Port Angeles.  We will be going to the P.R.O race next weekend at Horn.

the guy that builds my race motors does like 20 psi maybe a lil more and gets it red hot. turns out perfect... but im not positive on what psi but ive watched him do it.

ps.... my pipe is a works, so im not sure its different if it is chrome or a raw finish

haha this track is in oregon, its real name is Mountain view mx. the track is awesome, honda and suzuki sometimes shoot there commercials out there. this is were i rode the 2011 ktms to.

when i got to ride that bike for the ktm ride day i fell in love. when i save up enough money in the near future i think i might buy myself the 150, i will say stock to stock a 150 is faster than the 2011 250f i got to ride that day. i love the bike, its awesome.

i was out training with the well known Lance Smail last thursday, we got to bench talkin about 2 strokes. He told me that honda will have a 2012 cr250. im not sure how true this is but i do trust his word, coming from an old national pro who has alot of connections. im pumped if its true.

here is what i do...
for dirt i use a holeshot device, holds the forks compressed so it doesnt wheely as bad.
both feet on the ground, for best balance.
i click the bike into 2nd gear when the 30 second card goes sideways, keeps clutch in adjustment and fresh.
or dirt scoot up on to the front of the seat and head over handlebars leaning forward.
i use about 1/2 throttle to 3/4, any more you will get wheel spin.
as you come over the gate i always give the clutch one last little pop
make sure to get your shifts right..

are you going to race the P.R.O series coming this march? if so i can help ya out.

250 and 450A in AMA district 27. 07 ktm 250 and crf450... if it was up to me i would only ride the 2stroke but dad makes me ride the 4nasty..
