Wrap some teflon tape around the bar under the perches so they spin when you fall.

Yes,microblue is still being used.Last mishap was not do to the microblue or the fuel/oil mixture. You really need to try a microblued motor to believe it.

Finnfly, welcome. Some times and i tell people this quite often the stock pipe and silencer work the best. You might try one tooth more on the rear sprocket.A shorty silencer with stock chamber might work also.It is a matter of finding the combo that suits you best.Keep us posted on your findings.

Forgot to mention about how cool it is that Eyvind used his highly experienced ear,The stopwatch and Mikes experienced butt dyno and no machine dyno to get the most out of the motor.

If you are inexperienced at jetting you might want to look at the jd jet kits.Guy complain that they cost too much but inmho it is worth it to have your bike running good if you aren't sure how to do it yourself.Too rich and you won't have maximum performance and too lean can get way ugly and exspensive.I have seen what too lean can do to a piston and cylinder. Not nice.

I use super unleaded with pj1 octane booster in the stock bike.Cheaper then c12.C12 in a race motor.Even my lawn tractor runs and starts better when i use that combo in it.todays gas is garbage for sure.

It is my understanding that wave rotors even of equal to stock size increase braking power because there are more edges for the pads to bite versus a standard round rotor. That being said proper suspension and greaing of all bearings should be first as most late model bikes stop well from the factory.
