New top end, MX51 tires, resprung/valved suspension, 2002+ plastics on 2000 Honda CR 250, new seat cover, and repacked all the bearings. Oh and a new expansion chamber (stock).

I showed my GF the pictures of the bike (she has little to no experience with bikes) and I asked her what she saw wrong with it.
1. Dirty
2. No muffler (her words)
3. Bald tires
4. Lots of rust
So, I'm guessing the seller's target audience is blind, non-moto, and ignorant buyers?

I have already decided my next MX bike is going to be a TM 250. I just cannot get over all the great reviews, support, and the craftsmanship involved. Leave it to the Italians to make another great product.

I am about to put my 2004 RMZ 250 on the market and I'm afraid it won't sell because 2T seem to be coming back with force. It's a good thing 2T are coming back with force, but bad for us trying to sell. lol

I know my total top end rebuild on my 2000 CR 250 just cost me about $158. (Cometic complete top end gasket set, Wiseco top end, and radiator fluid)
I know when I rebuilt my RMZ 250 top end only, it cost me $210 for just the piston/rings and several top end gaskets.
It is extremely cheaper to rebuild a 2T compared to a 4T. Don't even get me started on how much it cost me to completely rebuild the RMZ's engine.
