This article is kind of difficult to read, because it is translated from German. But from what I can figure out it seems that Cedric wants to continue to compete using the KTM two-stroke, it's just that he needs some help, because it seems that KTM is not able to support him....

KTM is really hypocrite about doing things... no 4 stroke no candy? They should man up and support the kid on his 2 stroke. Man, I am totally disgusted by the sport right now.
