having trouble figuring out why i have to pull my radiators back to line up the bottom shroud bolts. any ideas? its not the radiators because they just came back from mylers and got straightened and reinforced. my tank bolts line up just fine but the shrouds dont. im confused.

Even when my 07 was new it was like that a tad probably to add tension/strength to the radiators. If its a lot then ur radiator mounts r probably bent if the radiators just got fixed. Also refurbished radiators r never perfect.

It could be the make of the shroud. UFO, Accerbis, Cyra...

It likely is the rads.Try loosening the rad bolts then see if you can move them enough to get the shrouds to line up.If so,tighten them here.If not,you will likely have to hog out your rad holes a little. It doesn't take much.

I had the same issue with UFO shrouds on my KX, I took off the tank strap and they lined right up, then I put the strap back on.

If a pair of 2" brass balls isn't working, I doubt that the 3" model will make much difference.

Same issue with my 2001. Radiators were not bent.
