This is a custom freestyle bike that was customized by Jesse James & crew of West Coast Choppers for the Metal Mulisha team. Ronnie "Kung Fu" Faisst rode it for a couple of passes in the 2005 Summer X Games. It only has a handful of miles on it. After his run, the bike was retired and given away as the grand prize in a contest put on by the D.V.S. company. There were many sponsors in on the project. Don't look for this type of machine on any showroom floor. With an estimated $34K in aftermarket parts and technology, this thing is a beast. The frame is reinforced. The engine is built. Engine Customization & labor valued at approximately $20K. The suspension kit (front forks and rear shock) is around $10K. Add another $2K in special racing parts. (Thanks to former shop manager Bill Swift for breaking this down for me back in the day) None of these numbers included the price of the donor stock model CR 250R. You can do the math and quickly realize what a bargain this would be for the opening bid. (This is a no reserve auction) Almost everything is chrome, polished or anodized. It has a complete FG3 Diamond Suspension on it front and back, FMF Exhaust, steering dampner, custom seat, D.I.D. rims, custom air brushed plastics, modified air box, and hours of polishing. (swing arm, frame, brakes, kick starter, etc.) It's been sitting in my living room for 6 years now. Time to let someone else enjoy it. I'm 55 and way too old for it now. Short term storage not a problem. I'll work with you or your shipper in any way that I can. I'm recently retired and my schedule is extremely flexible. I've been on ebay 11 years and still have perfect feedback. Thanks for your time and consideration. Good luck.
The opinions in this thread clearly express the difference between "collectors" and "riders". Period.I can say with certainty that there is a motocross enthusiast out there, who makes 250K per year, and watched Crusty back in the 90s when he was in college, who WILL pay the asking price for that, and put it on top of the wet bar in his house. This is not a bike you buy and race Vet C with at Lost in the Woods Motocross Park in Arkansas.I would get it in a heartbeat, hang a disco ball above it, and everyone from Crusty 1-4 would sign it EXCEPT Deegan.
although it is ugly, and it is expensive, that is Ronnie Faist's CR. He was one of the originators, as in Crust Demons of Dirt #1, been there since day one.

Never heard of Ronnie Faist until a few years ago and his name is not on the credits or anywhere else for thatmatter on crusty 1 ,2 or 3 . The originals are Seth Enslow , Larry Linkogle , Mike Metzger , Brian Manley , Rusty Setzer . If Ronnie Faist was there from the beggining he was in the background not being mentioned what so ever throughout the 1st few crusty's.
