Chad Reed repped his old 2 stroke yesterday on racer x - "10 questions with Chad Reed" he said his 2004 race bike was one of the best bikes he has ever raced. IMO there is no question the steel frame was better, he hated his 05 race bike.

Although it was a positive thing. It always gets said, he did this, or did that, "on a 2 stroke."  I wish they would actually say the truth, and say, on a bike that is disadvantaged due to cc's allowed.

It mentioned, sort of.

3. Two-Strokes are Still Alive: In the 450 Class there were actually two two-stroke 250cc riders who made the 40-man main event. Local privateer Ty Newcome made the main and finished 31st overall on his Yamaha YZ250, with Ohio's Jeff Gibson finishing 32nd aboard his KTM 250 pre-mixer. It was good to hear the Braap again.
