HI guys I wanna know i have one dent in one of my down tubes not at the bottem tho mine is just between the 2 engine moants thanx guys tell me what you you guys think

Dents can be "stress risers" that concentrate fatigue in one area. If the bike starts to vibrate in a strange way you've probaly got a crack developing in that area. On the other hand I have buddies who completely flattened the bottom frame rails on their bikes and nothing happened.

i flattened the bottom of my frame once by casing a triple and continued to ride that bike for another season with no worries. be safe tho and keep an eye on the entire frame and watch for cracks.

I don't see a problem with it it's minor but, if it bugs you find a piece of tubing cut it in half, in a u-shape, and weld it over the dent. Cut and weld a piece for the other tube so it looks like some type of coustom frame reinforcement.

That dent dose'nt look bad at all...I use a E-line skid plate on my KTM & I think any decent skid plate would have kept that dent from happening.
