You really need to start including some pictures in your ride reports...

One of the best things I did was buy a Camelbak to wear while riding. If you wait until you feel thirsty it's often too late, so being able to drink while riding is a big help (for me anyway).

No riding for me. Still recovering from back surgery #3, it has not bene going well.

Usable parts I hang on to, but things like completely worn out plates, broken cables, etc., get tossed. If I saved every part I have changed in the last 38 years of riding I'd need a warehouse just for old parts lol.

I didn't see this posted yet. The first one of these was back in 2015, this one is from 11/2017. Who doesn't love that sound? And even with that beer gut RC still hauls.
