I'd use these settings as a baseline for aggressive riding and click away from there...
Forks:
C: 13 out
R: 14 out
slide them up ~5mm up in the clamps depending.
Shock:
HC: 1 ¾ out
LC: 8 out
R: 8 out
Sag: 100mm
