The bunnies were battered and fried!
The Salmon are either smoked in various brines or grilled on cedar planks(my favorite method)!
Halibut is great ant way you cook it, but I prefer blackened.
The deer is mostly summer sausage, breakfast sausage, german sausage with green chiles, and steaks from back srtaps and tenderloins!
Caribou was good but def not favorite, kinda sweet with a hint of wild game taste. Mostly ground meat for burgers and sausage.

Salmon fishing in Washington is just nowhere near as good as Alaska, but I get a few here and there. Steel head season right now, but there is too much rain and snow runoff swelling up the rivers. In April I can hit Rainbow trout and Kokanee in the lakes again! I'm moving to New Orleans this Summer, so I'm hoping for some good fishing in the Gulf and maybe hunt some pigs in Texas and Alligator in the Bayou! Big plans, but Riding takes priority and most of money nowadays! :<img src=" title="Roll Eyes" class="smiley">

Let's see them drop $3,000+ into that Quadzilla, and see how great it could be on top of already being better than it's 4 stroke counter part! Such a waste! I bet the Quadzilla motor in the LT-R's chassis would be sick. I'm not a huge fan of quads, but they can be fun, and I'll ride any two stroke machine! 8)

I like the fact that all of the top four riders are on European Two-Strokes. Take that Japanese monopoly!  :P

Maxima Castor 927 at 40:1 with a mix of 50/50 110 octane race gas and 92 octane pump gas. Love the smell of Castor, 31.5 hours on complete bottom end and top end rebuild with very minimal buildup. Great stuff.
I used Silkolene before the rebuild, full synthetic, not bad stuff, but not as good as Castor in my opinion.
