Technical / Crank web diameter

Thinking about building a crank jig, and would like to make it big enough to handle 250 and possibly 500.  Does anyone know the diameters of the crank webs.

I have him on the RM65 with a rekluse at the moment.  Just picked up the kx it was priced right and he will grow into it.

Looks like some pits on top of the piston.  I would be questioning the cause of that also.

Cleaned out the camelbak and  found three spark plugs, spark plug wrench, small flat screwdriver and a what I think used to be a snickers bar.

Decided to straighten radiators today.  Spent most of the time making the tool.  Works unbelievably well.   Included some before, during and after pics.  Could be persuaded to build some more this is too good to keep to my self.

The Arctic Cat functions as a DFI engine at low speeds, correct? I wonder how the Orbital patents are affecting all of this?

Technically it is direct injection at idle, but traditional direct injection refers fuel being injected just before ignition with all ports closed.   Also traditional direct injection systems operate at much higher fuel pressures to over come the pressure of the compressed air in the cylinder.

Maxis IT's are a little too stiff to remove at -10F.   Tire will not even unseat from the bead.

This is my nephews tire,  going to stay out of his way.
I would of made my own but I found used tires on ebay for a little more then the price of screws and they had liners in them.
