One of the rings was upside down. Luckily it didn't f*ck up the piston or cylinder. Everything is awesome now she rips again!

So I just rebuilt the top end on my 09 150sx I've done this myself 2 times prior. So putting it back together wasn't hard but not super easy either. The rings on the new piston weren't springy they were kinda notchy and really hard to clamp together in the rear and the cylinder didn't slide down over the piston very easily. I figured this was due to a good snug fit. Got her all put back together new gaskets and all. Kicked it over to start the heat cycles and it started for maybe one second if that andnow it feels like there is no compression in the kick starter and it won't start. I know for sure the piston isn't in backwards they only thing I could think of was the rings being upside down?

My 09 150sx has been rock solid. I agree though go up a tooth or 2 in the rear they put a 49T on stock and it makes it tough on a tight track.

So I know Robby's injury is just hours old. But this is by far the best effort anyone has put in at this point and I'd hate for it to go to waste. Is there any riders y'all have in mind? I hope everything works out, Charles you have kicked major ass this summer!

Robbie looks great, he's throwing that bike around effortlessly. Even hung with Barcia there for a bit. I think this summer is gonna be a great one for TSM Racing!

I'm not 100% positive what it says cause I don't speak French. But a poster on vital just leaked information that the displacement rule in the GP's were changed to 400 four stroke, 300 two stroke for the mx1 class effective in 2014. I'm digging for details right now.

I thought this is old news? Last I heard they wanted to move the factory to India and not deal with the union in Italy? So to me it was only a matter of time before they closed it.
