You are right offroader, it's only talk. The thing is I have made cylinders but only for my own consumption. I will go ahead with a cylinder for the YZ ( as a test ), if they are any good I will make them available. A set of YZ 250 cases turned up today to measure up ( I'm not pulling mine to bits yet ). Seems there will need to be a slight crankcase change to get an 80mm piston in. I'll look at some smaller piston options also, although I like the 80mm piston.

Uniflow, wasn't doubting your abilities.Great to hear that you will try the yz first.Hopefully you will do the case reed cr also.Smaller piston options would be nice also.Should you decide to do the cr I will purchase one asap.Should you need some help testing it i can assist with that also. This is good stuff! :)

screw gorr, uniflow is one of us.

Ok.At this point at least gorr is developing.ESR is developing also. The yz cylinder will be used for the 92-01cr also.Should uniflow develop one and give us another option that would be great! As of right now it is just talk.

Well if it gets produced i might just purchase two. :<img src=" title="Roll Eyes" class="smiley"> Might wind up with one or two of the gorr kits.

A modern cylinder for case reed CR250 you would struggle to keep up demand for 250 National karts.

THIS

I think you would sell atleast 25 a year if not more, and Id buy one too!

I agree with this. When can i order mine?

Interesting thing is that the wec guys are known to wire there pv full open to eliminate the hit completey.

The motor would still have a "hit", they would just lose bottom end power.
The power valve basically give the motor two exhaust port heights, one for good low end power, and one for good top end power. The speed at which it opens can effect the transition from bottom to top ie. mid range or "hit"
Most pre powervalve bikes had a bigger "hit" than todays machines because they had very little bottom end power.

Hence why they dosconnect as they do not want that transitional hit. They tend to ride wfo most of the time and want massive power now.

You can purchase it here.http://www.proclean-racingusa.com/Buy a bottle and give it a try.I wouldn't use 409 or anything that strong as it is a grease cutter and washes the grease and lube out of places it is needed.

i would like to add my review of pro clean.Did a 60 mile ride after days of heavy rain.I usually wash the bike no later then the following day but wanted to see how good the pro clean was so let it sit for 9 days to really let the mud and dirt take a set. ;D I followed the directions on the bottle and was amazed at just how well it worked.I normally use my pressure washer but just used the garden hose instead and to my surprise 95% of the dirt just washed right off.I did spray on a bit more and hit the bike with a scrub brush just to get any left over film off and now the machine looks like new. After using compressed air to dry i sprayed the bare spots on the frame with pro tection that usually start to rust instantly and i have absolutely no rust.I really like the packaging and the spray bottles that the product come in are of a nice quality and should last so that they can be refilled many times over.I also think it is great that they are a nontoxic and easy on the environment.I will be purchasing it again.
