I've got a 2007 KTM 144sx with 34 original hrs on it (has an hr meter). It has several extras. It runs excellent and looks as good as it runs. No leaks and everything is tight. The top end was redone at 20 hrs. It has the updated 2 ring piston in it and has been rejetted. I've always ran Klotz R50 with 100 octane race gas and Klotz Flexdrive 30 in the bottom end.
