Idk, but as soon as he did everyone started yelling about how we should have gun control, it sure worked at the school didn't it? I mean he even used an illegal firearm as well. Killed 18 kids, his mom and dad, the principle and his girl friend. And to top it off it isn't the only tragedy that happen today. In china another school was attacked by another insane SOB with a knife and killed 25 kids.

Yes, exactly. Everyone is pushing for gun control, but how many shot do you think he would have gotten off if the teacher had a pistol locked away in her desk? 2 maybe? Sparing a lot of lives. The answer isn't gun control, mainly because the last thing going through a psychopath's mind is how illegal a gun is when he/she plans to kill.

gun control is not the answer. people control is. we need our mental institutions back. capitol punishment back, not to punish but to remove the offenders from this earth. parents need to be the base of all this, if your kid is crap don't hide him/her, expose him/her and avert possible atrocities such as this. i could go on and on but whats the use?...people are just too little to take a stand for fear of offending one another. society is weak and the end rusult is the innocent get prayed upon.

The teacher would have the gun locked up or on their person so a student wouldn't have easy access to it and if a teacher is off enough to shoot someone they probably all ready have a gun or can easily get one legally or illegally, besides what's to stop that teacher from beating or stabbing the little shit? Now how many schools, from elementary to college, have been attacked by psychotic people?

Israel used to have an issue with Palestine's running in and shooting up schools, they armed their teachers and wala, no more douches attacking schools. In this one event, it may have not done anything due to the perpetrator was in fact the teachers son. Even if teachers suck at shooting the fact of a school being armed will be enough to scare people away from this type of thing. Ever heard of a mass shooting at a gun show in Texas? I would not leave it in the desk as that is the actual drive against anti gun nuts. Kids could get to the gun if they try. If the school goes into lock down all the teacher has to do is put the kids at the corner and aim at the door way. The worse thing about this shooting is that there were little no survivors, this means they were all head shots which leads to a video gaming history. I'm not discriminating against video gamers, hell even I play battlefield 3.

Bro, EASY TARGETS! Schools do not allow guns, and yet this happened! It sure worked there lmfao. Chicago have some of the toughest gun laws in the nation and yet gun related crimes are up in Chicago vs lets say Arizona. The knife related incident is even better proving that once more people are out to kill despite whatever item they want. Gun Control is BS.

I feel terrible for all those involved RIP, it makes me sick. How someone could kill little kids, the 20 yr old kid was crazy as hell. Gun control won,t change anything, the media is pushing it though. Look at Chicago, very strict gun laws and there on track to have over 500 killed by guns this year. There,s more killed by knifes there than other states have in total homicide. I did the Chicago rail yards 2 different times, you have to drive threw the inner city ghettos. I,ve seen alot of people shot, had 4 bullett holes in the truck, one hit the door post lined up with my head. When the weather is warmer, there can be 59 people shot in 1 night in Chicago. In the summer it,s EXTREMELY dangerous, there,s mobs of black guys of around 80, looking to kill. Even inside the rail yards it,s not safe, because they,re inside breaking into containers, you have to be ready at every sec. to be attacked. I did that job 6 days a week, for 28 months, when I ran 6 pm to 8.00am it was a crazy.

This truly is a terrible tragedy. 5 years old thats my little nephews age. Unbelievable how a mind can justify this to itself. Unfathomable.
Gun control is a dumb idea. Plain, straight up stupid. Why? Cos anyone who wants to get a gun has only to go down to the local bikie club and buy a 45.
We have this thing called gun control here in Australia. It doesn't work. Anyone who wants a gun doesn't struggle to get one and the cops are useless. Our beloved John howard decided after a massacre down in sydney that no one should be allowed to have a gun. All it did was piss off the people that needed guns for genuine reasons ie. shooting pigs that ravaged their crops, shooting roos, rabbits etc that did the same. And of course the occasional brown joe blake that found its way into the back yard.
Gun control does nothing but punish and piss off the genuine people because of one persons insanity. Instead of restricting the flow of weapons, it just gives criminal organisations one more source of extensive income. So it actually makes the situation worse.

Which is also BS. I've been playing ultra violent video games since I was 7. Played Red faction through and through about 50 times no shit. But I don't consider murdering my mother and 20 kids.
I speak from personal experience when I say that modern video games are mild, compared to the 2004-2010 era where there were games that were literally banned in certain countries because they were simply over the top in terms of violence. Any one ever play the punisher? Shit was messed up.
Anywank video games don't make a mind violent, some people are just born insane its an undeniable fact. I never heard of Hitler playing battle field 3...
