"There has been a large void in dangerously powerful machinery with no suspension ever since the extinction of 3 wheelers and the Fat Cat" says Takanobu Ito, President and CEO Honda Motor Co. he continues "Sure, we have ATVs [Four Wheelers] but unfortunately over the past 30 years most people have learned not to put their feet down".

The 1500cc suspensionless low profile vehcile is targeted to be sold to childern under the age of 9. "It's lead free" Takanobu confirmed with a chuckle. Honda Motor Corp plans to start rolling out the vehcile in late February of next year.
