Anyone got a good source for BUD Racing pistons? With an online shop that will ship o/s? (don't want much do I :D )
-
I looked at Bud pistons on there site, there,s no American importer and doesn,t seem like there any better than a stock piston. In America the wiseco gp piston is the best and easiest to get. SRS makes a very good high end piston, team Suzuki used them in there 125,s , but there,s no American importer anymore. I had a srs piston in a 01 RM 125, they rev much quicker and last really good, the coatings on the srs piston set them apart.

BUD have very durable pistons, they are lightyears ahead or Wisecos. I can't find a SRS website have you got a link ST?
-
www.srsracing.it (http://www.srsracing.it) there,s no info on the piston on there site, I just checked motocrossworld.com in the UK they used to carry them and had info on them, but they no longer carry them. I talked to my engine builder about the srs products, reeds, ignition he said the cr,s ign. is decent, they used to have kits head with fins like a 70,s bike, they had a ton of trick stuff, carbon silencer to larger radiators, tripple clamps, carbon ignition and clutch covers, etc. the 4-st. put an end to all the trick stuff and they don,t even make a piston for 250,s. Anyway JM racing who built Ryan Dungee,s RM125 and helped srs with there motor program when they raced the world championships with Texan rider Jeff Dement, said if you get something from them get there piston, it,s the best out there, but the wiseco gp is a good piston also.

Thanks for that ST I'll get my Italian operative on the case. :D

HAHA that,s funny, you can click on the english link or just click on Suzuki,KTM,etc. to get an idea of what they have. Then try to figure out how to order, is tougher yet. I,m laying on ice bags yet from compressing my back and killing my hip and leg , it,s not the most fun I ever had. I went on Buds site before, there carbon silencer is very trick.
