Standard operating procedure for almost all forums, lots of guests (sometimes called lurkers) and only a small percentage of contributors.
The amazing part is the number of members (330) that have signed up 281 have posted something on the forum.. I wonder what happened? Then there are folks that have only posted once or twice...
My understanding is this is normal...
But with that said, it is a bunch of fun!!
Please feel free to join in. You don't have to live on here like some folks do on other forums, just stop by every once in a while a feel free to say hello, tell us all about something you've found or correct us if we have something wrong.
The only rule on this forum is to be respectful. The problems come from one sort of person. The one who "know" everything two-stroke related and think everyone else in the world is stupid. Somehow, someway someone on here will ask you a question, someone will ask questions about it. Usually in an effort to hear what they have to say and clarify what they have said. Somehow this is taken in a bad way, they get upset and leave.
If you know everything, there is no sense in hanging out on a message board!! You'll just get frustrated.
But if you love motocross, motocross bikes, motocross racing, two-strokes or anything related to these subjects, feel free to add you voice to the mix!!

I've never been able to lurk on forums. I'll see someone say something I know is wrong (like, gas engines need to be replaced to save the planet, four-strokes are more reliable, the Su-27 has better radar than the F-15, etc) and I just have to jump in and stomp him. :D

I look at the number of postings some people have and think I"ll never reach that, do these guys just sit around on the computer all day whipping it out comparing the size of each others spoke wrench? yeah some disscussions seem to get a little heated but, in the end its the common thread that we share, the love of two smokers that keeps us friends.Thier are no stupid questions! WE are here to keep as many of our beloved bikes running forever! BAAARAAAPP!!!!!!!!!

What's a stupid question?
I always say that whenever someone say stupid questions don't exist. Must be part of that showing-people-they're-wrong thing. Anyway, your post made me glance up at the number of posts I have. WHAT?!! That's just a ridiculous number! Then again, my browser informs me that I visit this site more often than Google.

hey jetz, just add this pic to your library and post it when you feel the need. you know that feeling when you want to reach through the screen and choke the guy, lol!!! funny thing is, it will usually stop an e argument in its tracks.

There are several reasons for lurkers.
1. I have to sign in and give my email address? I have to make a password? I have to make a user name? Crap, too much work.
2. I don't want anyone to know I like 2 strokes.
3. I'm too shy to post, someone might see it and I'll be humiliated.
4. I have nothing to say.
5. I'm a girl and I dont want to be harrased for a date or nude photo all day long.
6. I'm someone famous, like Sandra Bullock and I dont want anyone to know who I am.
7. The internet will kill you, must remain anonymous.
8. I'm 15 and my Parents dont know I use the computer.
9. I'm 40 and my Parents dont know I use the computer.
10. I'm a 4 stroke riding spy.

Hey, at least the boys in the helicopters abandoned four-strokes a long time ago. Nowadays, most of the helicopters with any sort of performance run one of these bad boys.

Yes... coatings are us!! lol
We are using a technology that is a little outside the box. It is the brainchild of Craig at MicroBlue Bearings. He is a metallurgist and has a patented coating process for metal parts.
Craig coated all the moving parts of the engine, which reduces friction, hence increasing power. We are still in the testing phase, but will be releasing the results of our testing as soon as we can...
