Title: Ktm restart removal

Hey i plan on removing my battery/starter on a 13 ktm 300 xc.  Anybody do this yet?  What do I need and is this as simple as it appears?

My friend owns one of these and, if my memory is correct, the E start mounts to the stator cover. If this is the case I wonder if the non E start mag cover would clear the existing stator.
