Just picked up a 02 CR125R and looking for some budget Performance upgrades.
Currently the Bike has 52 sprocket, fmf shorty with factory head pipe, twin filter,

 Does anyone have any suggestions?

Really great 2 stroke rider. Was it a Honda or a Husqvarna 144?
