does any one know about wca wheels I found a pair of them on ebay and cant seam to find any info on them they are $464 after shipping and include hub and spokes comes with both front and rear. for $464 I think that's sketchy if there good or not btw these are both brand new in box
don't do it. a buddy got them and they were trash, spokes stripped out within a couple rides and the anodizing faded super quick, started chipping off. PLEASE dont do it, you'd be better off buying HD spokes and rims for your stock hubs and lacing them yourself. Plus you get the satisfaction of knowing you did it right vs having to rely on terrible customer service/parts availability.
you can even get some HD spokes/rims that would look way better and last you longer than those wheelsets.
I'd stay away from the DNA wheels as well, they're not much better quality

I purchased one of these.

If you are going to lace your own wheels, you might think about a truing stand. They are pretty cheap, 120.00 and you can keep your wheels in nice shape. I have a set of Dubya rims on my YZ, A Dubya front hub on my KTM, They are expensive as crap but bullet proof.

Q if you have a ding or hump in your rims how do you remove those? Any ideas my Yamaha dealer could not remove my ones so they have this weird buckle effect. only slight though.
I will start looking on Utube concerning truing wheels and lacing spokes.

The bricks are from the product cataloge.
I just set it up between 2 bike stands with a carpenters level taped to 1 as my guide.
The easiest way to remove dings or humps is to replace the rims.

If you're an 'A' rider, you probably have the dedication to splurge for Excel's. If you're a 'C' rider or just ride to have fun, DNA's will be fine.
