Title: 14 YZ 250??

Anyone heard anything or seen any realistic spy photos? If Yamaha doesn't do anything new then its not worth waiting for the 14's to come out and paying extra for a bike. Then the question remains...... 13 YZ or 13 KTM?

Are you trying to start another one of "those" threads ??? OK so your not... then honestly your best option is an 03 YZ250 :D

Ya I'll get an SX Charles!! Then you can send me all your fancy parts so my bike looks like your 3 for the West coast rounds of the national. Sadly I am going to miss Hangtown but plan on hitting Washougal, Utah and then the last round. Was going to do Hangtown and rounds 1 & 2 in Canada but I dont have a bike :-(

Even if by some far off chance Yamaha does change something, I'm sure they won't homologate it for Pro racing

I don't know what's special about the 03 YZ (though I like my 02)but I'd be happy with the '13 sitting at my dealer for $6800.
If I were you though,I'd buy the KTM,solely for all the new engine technology. :)
If new tech is your thing,I'd hold off.I'll bet DI is going to hit from somebody in the next couple years.

Hey my local dealer is has an ad for '13 yz250F's for 4400.00     that's got to be near cost I would think. What a sad joke...

That would be well under cost..... Cost is about 6
