Title: Talon hubs don't fit :-(
Post by: JaredRM250 on May 05, 2013, 10:44:14 PM
Hi guys,

A friend of mine is selling a very nice set of wheels but they were off a CRF250 is it possible to get some different spacers to make them fit my 2008 RM250?

Cheers,
Jared.

Do the axle and wheel bearings agree with the hub? If so than it would be fairly easy to make/modify some wheel spacers.

Its strange because the crf spacers fit into the rm stock wheel but not vice versa

As long as the spacers are properly doing there job and keeping the rear sprocket and wheel aligned correctly, then I see no problem in running the hub with the best possible match for spacers you can. That is if the axle and bearings will also work together.
