hi guys im just wondering what millimeters should honda cr 250 04 model  exghuast springs be . the exghuast is all stock

Do you still have the original ones? I would suggest that so long as the ones you want to put on (assuming thats your motivation) are longer. A little shorter is okay but longer wouldn't be good. Also, make sure they hook on and stay on. Other than that, I would suggest ringing a honda dealer and asking them. They can bring up parts schematics in a matter of seconds.
