nice to hear that they're trying them out and really enjoying them, also expanding the aftermarkets to get a better hold of what the bike has and what it can do

I agree. In the midst of the rather chaotic market we've got at the moment, Husky is still pushing along. I'm considering one of these as my next bike actually. It comes with the 144 kit after all.

What is it with Husqvarna, can they not sell their bikes or something? Ive just been on ebay and saw a BRAND NEW TC 450 X-LITE for £4000!! :o  And i have seen a few adverts for the 125s offering not only the 144 kit but also a full FMF exhaust for around the £4000 mark!

Just for comparison a YZ 125 new is around £6000 and a YZF 450 is around £7-8000.

Husky sells plenty of their bikes... those low prices are for left over models. No sense in collecting dust.... and there is no such thing as an "X-Lite 450"(not yet anyway)

In North America all the Japanese are recording decreases in sales figures whereas Husqvarna's are up significantly.

which is why they have been importing more and more each year! and all of them sell, most before they hit the showroom. I finally got a chance to go to our local husky dealer and he said that every mx bike sold before they got out of the crate. Now of  course he could have just been bs'ing me, but i wouldn't be surprised if they sold like that. Even their 4 strokes are at good prices brand new. the ONLY husky the guy had left (they're a victory dealer as well) was a 2010 sumo 510, and the only reason they had it was bc it was a trade in on a brand new sumo 510. the guy said that they were working out a deal with somebody as me and him spoke for the bike to be gone the next day.
