After reading your question I thought "What the heck is a PSI Genisis carb" and after investigating I learned the company may not be in business. For the cost of the carb you could almost pick up a second used CR125.

go for a keihin pwk 36. it's easyer to tune and you'll get a better throttle response. go for a pwk 38 if your aim is top end!

The dialajet mod is for the 2012 ktm 250 ac....I doubt they have developed hardware and or data required for a cr....we are the abandoned kids....Honda hates two strokes and everyone seems to have dropped them in favor of ktm tm maico and I hate to say it but the way way way over hyped 2010-2012 us 250/125 wich are overweight and have been neglected for almost a decade

Your 07 cr125 has a 38mm carb, nothing wrong with that carb, jetting is a bit off,I changed the pilot, maybe the needle-don,t remember, and the main jet. With an icat, radvalve, everything else stock,it has quicker throttle response than 90,s pro suppercross bikes I rode. That psi carb is from the mid 90,s I heard it was a great carb, team Noleen yz250 used them.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-250R-ATC250R-ATC-CARBURETOR-CARB-36-MM-KEIHIN-NEW-/270826675799?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f0e871e57&vxp=mtr#ht_719wt_1164

Way to expensive for that carb, it used to be on ESR250.com in the 250r section, but its gone now. I think newer KTM 125's came with 36mm pwk carbs.
