I can't recall the name but I believe there is a British company making alu. reproduction covers.

Did you ever have any luck finding the British company making aluminum reproduction right crankcase covers?  I'm looking for the same for an 83 cr125.

No luck so far.

Guys have had good success repairing their side covers with this product:

Similar to JB weld but better. ;D
