So I was tightening the last bolt on the pressure plate and....

Maybe I overtightened?? How can I pull that out? Goodbye dirty weekend...

You will have to drill it and use an easyout.
Not a biggy if you have the tools.
Edit. Sometimes if the head brakes off, the thread can still be loose.
You may be able to turn it out with a spike or similar.

Yeah,what TMKIWI said.I'd try a gob of jbweld/loctite weld or similar on a smaller bolt and pressed on.Once set it may turn right out.Just don't put on too much so it presses out against the htreads.Otherwise,easy out time.

Good suggestions. The bolt is probably loose without the pressure of the head on it. Try the JB Weld with a smaller bolt, you should be able to twist it out by hand.

Thanks alot for the help! The spike worked well, slowly but surely. However, my bad luck didn't end there...
I finished the clutch, and starter to prep for the oil and when I took out this bolt...

So, JB weld the pieces and the screw in there forever?

What bolt is that.? Drain bolt?

A good welder could repair the damage.

It's on the right side of the motor, right next to the clutch cover. It's for checking the oil level I believe. I applied some JB weld for now to see if it holds.

Lol! Perhaps. However this happened when I was unscrewing that hole, but now that I think about it, it's kinda expected. I once tapped this hole because it was stripped. And it's in a horrible condition and I can see now how it happened. I sealed with JB weld yesterday, and now it seems to be okay, very sturdy. Now I'm having clutch problems..

that clutch basket looks scary.....im with tmkiwi....you need a new clutch assebmbly! :o

Assembly?? What about a new basket? Would it be risky to file it?

Basket is stuffed and the hub doesn't look too flash either.
Measure your clutch fibres and check that they are within spec.
Check your steel/Alloy plates and make sure they are not worn as well.
You might need to change the lot.

You can get an aftermarket basket for those old cr's quite cheap but i reckon you could file that.
The stock baskets are good for couple files, they start to rattle a bit at idle but i reckon you can file that out.
remove it from the bike and use the tang on the opposing side as a guide to keep the angle right,
wrap some sandpaper smooth side down round the end of the file so you're only taking material off one surface and the other is a guide.
New is always best, but a bike gets to a point in it's life where the cheap remedy is often more realistic.

I haven't found any "cheap" aftermarket baskets, they're all at the $150 range, which sounds like a lot for a basket. And I've found other lightly used baskets for cheaper too. Can you elaborate more on how to properly file it?

start with cleaning the thing, how the hell can you work properly with all the dirt on it??
