A number of years ago there was a show on who's host was a fat Brit. The premise of each show was that he'd pick a particular type of engine and show how it developed, various applications etc.I still remember the 2t one when he was standing on a lakeshore with wave runners and outboards going back and worth while on shore, model airplanes, mowers, weedwackers and,if I remember correctly,a KX80 was wheelying by him.It was a good series but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called.Anyone?

Given your advanced age you are asking a lot. ::)

I remember having to tune the "rabbit ears" just right but then it looked pretty good in black and white. ;D
It was a really good series actually-regardless of which engine was the topic.

In my old age my concept of time has gone away but, allowing for that,I would say about 10-15 yrs.It used to be shown on the Discovery channel or another like that I think. The guy was a very good host. When they did diesels he went through trains, container ships and the like.Pretty interesting.
