Title: cr250 smoking 450s in the 450A class
Post by: keeptwostrokesalive on April 08, 2011, 02:18:48 PM
I find it funny how and older cr250 like this can beat a field of super advanced 450s. Too bad he crashed in the second moto, otherwise i think he would have went 1-1.

Good riding.
Not bad for an inferior bike with nearly half the cc's & no graphic's kit.
The lack of graphic's alone must have been costing him 1-2 seconds a lap. :D

When I see a really fast bike and rider attacking the track like that, I'm amazed at how well everything works.  Going that quickly over that kind of terrain, although of course we take it for granted, really is quite a feat.  Compared to car racing, the speeds are very slow but as you watch it it's really quite a bit more impressive.

I was thinking the same think. I mean those braking bumps looked huge on camera, imagine how big they really were! He was totally demolishing through those without missing a beat.
