Title: One for Suspension Guru's...
Post by: Kodackamera on March 08, 2011, 02:34:05 PM
Being new to motocross, I find suspension an exciting area, with the bikes using similar engines I'm sure suspension is an area that can make a large difference especially in motocross/offroad, no doubt.

I recently came across the term "ejection", I haven't come across it before, could anyone explain what it refers to?

If only I could  :D
I've been "ejected" from a bike before-usually because the back end kicks up violently and ejects you off the seat and over the bars. You don't usually see the word used pertaining to suspension set up though.

ejection will happen when you take out all the rebound dampening from your shock, however there is no mention of it in Race Tech's motorcycle suspension bible
