Just joined (been lurking awhile) and wanted to say I am glad I found you guys.
I raced moto back in the seventies but got sidetracked by life. Just started riding
again last year. Got a 2000 yz125 for my first bike back (just sold) and in oct got a 2011 ktm300xc.
Looking forward to a fun season of riding and maybe even some racing if I feel comfident in my skills.

Welcome, it would appear that you either have good taste in bikes or you've been getting lucky :P
I'd like to have a 200XC but with everything I've got in my KX250, I think my wife would have me committed, if I up and sold it to still have payments on a new bike. ::)

Thanks for the welcome guys. I love the XC. It handles great and has a broad power band
starting down low which I need at my age (52). I decided to buy it after the review I read in Dirt Bike.
I also did some research on line. I am very impressed with the quality of the bike and I am sure
I will be riding it for many years. I am glad I found this site before I bought a new dirt bike so I
did not make a big mistke and buy a 4st.
