Man, at first I thought this was kind of funny, but after further scrutiny it brings to mind the number of kids, and beginning riders, that are seriously hurt on race tracks that have no business being on a race track. This brings serious liability issues to track owners, and puts the "dangerous" label all over the sport.
As we all sit and laugh at this video, think about how funny it would still be if he had caught the  facebar of his helmet on the tailgate of that truck and broke his neck.
Fortunately that did not happen.
Now keep in mind the skill level of your family and friends, and respect that they may not be as talented or experienced as you, and adjust your pressuring accordingly. We all like to laugh at our friends when they crash, but when it's a serious get off w/ serious injury it's not so funny.
If your wife of kids are still having trouble turning thier bike, or finding the brakes, they don't need to be on a track.
Of course this is all a mute subject if it pertains to your brother that owes you $500. Put him on the KX500.

No doubt, I was very surprised he wasnt killed when he went into that truck or seriously injured.  I was thinking the same thing about the track, beginner track perhaps shouldn't have any jumps and be a "beginner" track because, as this guy was only riding for 2 months considered himself a 'beginner".  They see ppl jumping and they just go do it without any practice or training.

good stuff and very funny.  Just glad the kid is ok.. that last part looked scary.
I have to agree that you really need to have some basic skill before considering closed course racing.  Just sayin... ;D
