It takes big $$$ to make a 4 stroke lighter. Trey Canards $100k+ Factory Honda 450 is rumored to be 7-8 pounds lighter then his factory connection crf250 .... :o

I wish I could fine the link, but I remember reading Pro Circuit team spent something like $30,000 to drop 10 pounds (if that)?

Id believe it. I heard a set of those trick forged titanium pegs cost about $2500
