#2,most of the population don't figure shipping into anything,they just see the price-along the same lines as why everything is priced say 25.99 instead of 26.00.It's dumb,but it works.

I think people will shy away from spending $37 on cleaning products, but $25 doesn't seem bad. And like ford said, a lot of online shoppers don't consider shipping part of the equation for some reason.
