hi im kindy new to two strokes so it may sound pretty stupid for a vet on tuning ;D
when im going wide open on straits i think it could rev more then i does, its not near the revving like i do in the air or on neutral gear :(
could boysen reeeds or a top end rebuild make any difference ? or is porting the cylinder the answer ?
happy for any tip :)
sorry if my english is bad :D

All those could help with the power delivery. Having someone port it for top end delivery would help for sure. Check your top end compression and the reeds for frays/cracks.
-
My first guess is have someone jet it correctly. Makes a huge diffrence, and may be your real problem.
-
A longer silencer will add more top end also.
-
rev more as in more rpm's?
-
make sure the power valve is working properly.

get a 125

Hahahaha

It will always rev less under load than when in the air or neutral. All bikes sign off at a certain point and it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it.You can ensure your jetting is correct and then leave it be.The gain more top you're likely going to lose elsewhere.
If you still want to have a go,try a dark blue powerband-or a light blue one for your girlfriend :)
