either way this is straight dope, and my guess is they robbed it off of some other bike.

Speedometer on the left, Tach on the right.

Speedo is KM X 10

Okay, I guess I just didn't look close enough at it.  I'm not used to speedometers that require you do some division in order to read them, so I assumed that was the tachometer.
